General terms of use and sale
Version of 30 October 2026. English translation for information. The French version prevails.
1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the Meublé service, published by Juliano Majally (Nice, France, SIREN: to be completed) and available online. They apply to anyone who creates an account. Creating an account means accepting them.
2. The service
Meublé lets you keep the accounts of a non-professional furnished letting activity under the régime réel simplifié: uploading and reading documents, entries, fixed assets and depreciation, loans, a simulator, and year-end closing producing the accounting entries file (FEC), the trial balance, tables 2033-A, B and D, the 2031 return, and the amounts to report on form 2042 C-PRO. The service does not transmit returns to the tax authorities: transmission remains the user’s responsibility.
Meublé is not an accounting firm and does not give personalised tax advice. Calculations follow the rules in force for the financial year concerned; guides and help texts are general in nature. Users check their entries before validating them and their returns before filing them.
3. Account
An account is personal. Users choose a sufficiently strong password, may enable two-factor authentication, and keep their recovery codes in a safe place. They report any unauthorised access without delay. An account may hold one or more files; each file corresponds to one letting activity (one SIRET number).
4. Price and payment
Use of the service is free until the first closing of a financial year. Closing a financial year requires a subscription of €149 including all taxes per file per year. The subscription covers the closing of the financial year and the bookkeeping of the following year up to its closing. It is paid by card online; an invoice is sent by e-mail. Renewal is announced by e-mail before each due date; no payment is taken without prior notice. The price may change for future periods; users are informed before any renewal.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have fourteen days after payment to withdraw, unless they asked for the service (the closing) to be performed immediately and expressly waived this right when paying. A completed closing is a fully performed service. Requests are made by e-mail to contact@majally.com.
6. Term and termination
The subscription is annual and renews automatically at each anniversary, at the current price, using the saved payment method. In accordance with article L215-1 of the French Consumer Code, the user is notified by e-mail at least one month before each renewal date. The user may cancel at any time from the Billing page: the subscription then ends at the close of the paid period, at no cost. Users may delete their account at any time from the My account page; deletion is final and erases all files and documents. It is up to them to export their FEC and documents beforehand, which they must keep for the legal periods (six years under the French tax procedure code, ten years under the French commercial code).
7. Availability and backups
The service is available continuously, except for announced maintenance and incidents. Daily backups are made. The publisher commits to reasonable means, not to a result.
8. Liability
Users are solely responsible for the data entered, the entries validated and the returns filed. The publisher cannot be held liable for a tax reassessment, a penalty or any loss resulting from an input error, a missing document, a late return, or a change in the rules after the closing. In any event, the publisher’s liability is limited to the amount of the current year’s subscription.
9. Personal data
How data is processed is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Governing law, disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, users first write to contact@majally.com. Consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge (details: to be completed) or the European online dispute resolution platform. Failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction.
